Terms of use

These terms cover your use of Opus Automations Academy ("the Academy"), run by Opus Automations. By creating an account or paying for a plan, you agree to them.

Your account

• Keep your login to yourself. One account is for one person.
• Use an email you can access. We use it to confirm your access, send receipts and send important updates.
• We may suspend accounts that share access, resell content, or abuse the platform.

What you get

• A plan gives you access to the modules listed for that plan while the Academy operates.
• "Full Access" includes current modules and modules we release later under that plan.
• Members of the original Whop course keep access to the modules that were on Whop when they joined the Academy with the same email.
• Course content is educational. Results like landing clients or earning income depend on your own work and are not guaranteed.

Payments

• Prices are in Philippine pesos (PHP) and are shown before you pay.
• Payments are processed by PayMongo. We never see or store your full card or e-wallet details.
• Refunds follow our Refund policy.

Content and copyright

• All videos, text, templates and files belong to Opus Automations.
• You may use the templates and workflows in your own and your clients' projects.
• You may not re-upload, resell, share or redistribute the lessons or files.

Changes

We may update the course, these terms, or the platform. If a change materially affects paid access, we will tell you by email.
