We want you to be happy with the Academy.
7-day refund
If the course isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of payment and before you have completed 30% of the lessons in your plan. We'll refund the full amount to your original payment method through PayMongo.
How to request one
Email us from the address on your account with your payment reference number (it starts with OAA- and is on your account page and receipt). Refunds usually take 5 to 10 banking days to appear, depending on your bank or e-wallet.
After a refund
Access to the plan you were refunded for ends when the refund is processed.
Not covered
- Requests after 7 days, or after completing more than 30% of the lessons.
- Accounts suspended for sharing access or redistributing content.
